1. Handmade Nature Each piece is handmade with care, and variations in color, size, and texture are part of the charm and individuality of every item. These small differences are not considered defects.

 

2. Orders & Payments All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options provided on our website. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. 3. Shipping We currently s

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. The Happy Dead is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the postal carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

 

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

 

5. Intellectual Property All product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of The Happy Dead. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission. 6. Agreement By placing an order with The Happy Dead, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

More than anything, I want you to love your handmade piece! Because every item is crafted by hand, small variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

 

-Eligibility for Refunds 

 

Refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery for non-custom, non-made-to-order items only. To start a return, please contact everett@thehappydead.com with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom and made-to-order items. Sale or clearance items. Items damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve it — either through a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
